Hydraulic cylinders

Extremely heavy load on hydraulic cylinders often leads to wear phenomena on the cylinder or piston rod. In many cases it is not necessary to replace the cylinder. After a critical inspection, it is assessed whether the cylinder needs to be replaced or whether it can be overhauled. The cylinders are disassembled by our technicians and transported to our workshop. When the cause of the defect is found, you will receive a quote for overhaul, repair or replacement. Sometimes it is enough to replace the seals, but honing of the cylinder tube or chrome plating of the piston rod is also possible. Our workshop is equipped with modern test facilities and a complete machine park. After overhaul or repair you will receive a test report showing the pressure in the cylinder, so that you can be sure that the cylinder functions as new again. In our paint booth we can paint the cylinder in any desired color.
